Please view the information below for the quarterly Lagoon fees:
Charter members: $84.66 quarterly (including tax) and $28.22 monthly (including tax).
Non-Charter members: $118.52 quarterly (including tax) and 39.50 monthly (including tax).
Lagoon fees will begin January 1, 2023 for all Southshore Bay residents.
